Oh dear. I just discovered Mexico's version of CSPAN. It's just as boring as watching Congress in the States, yet I'm strangely drawn to it. I'm currently watching a recast of the Mexico-U.S. interparliamentarian annual meeting, which was held March 3. I'll spare you the details, but will note that the Mexican delegation did a much better job of including women parliamentarians than the U.S. congressional delegation did. I haven't seen a single female member of Congress at the table yet. Meanwhile, the Mexicans have a woman serving as deputy president of their delegation. Gracias, hermanas.
