We made it! We survived the month of September! Alberto arrived October 1 for good and the whole family has now officially moved to DC. I cannot express how grateful and blessed I feel for all the family and friends who helped us out as we made this transition. Pablo and I were taken such good care of by the family who came a week at a time to help us, first Grandma Tyler, then Aunt Jenn, then Grandaddy and Mamma Moix, then Abuela Luva. From one to the next he was passed into warm and loving arms as I made the transition back to work and we both waited anxiously for Papa to arrive. We couldn't have found any better care for him, or for me. MUCHAS GRACIAS!
And to all the friends who called and visited, brought us food and baby gifts and even emergency ecofriendly diapers when we needed. We wouldn't have made it without all your love and support. Thank you!
Now, you'll have to excuse me while I get off the computer and spend some quality time with Papa and Pablo.
